What is a Chinese Company Registration Status?

When we lookup registration records for Mainland China companies the status is listed under the term "登记状态" (Dēngjì zhuàngtài), which means "Registration Status".

Terms that Indicate a Chinese Company is Currently Registered

The nature of these Chinese terms mean they can be quite challenging to translate into English, but here is our best shot:
