It is Castleview’s policy to comply with the privacy legislation within each jurisdiction in which we operate. Castleview endeavours to maintain physical, technical and procedural safeguards that are appropriate to the sensitivity of the personal information in question. Your right to access the personal information that we hold about you is not absolute. There are instances where applicable law or regulatory requirements allow or require us to refuse to provide some or all of the personal information that we hold about you. In addition, the personal information may have been destroyed, erased or made anonymous in accordance with our record retention obligations and practices.

In the event that we cannot provide you with access to your personal information, we will endeavour to inform you of the reasons why, subject to any legal or regulatory restrictions.

Compliance with Canada’s Anti-Spam Law

At Castleview, we are committed to sending commercial electronic messages only when we have your consent. Consent may be either express or implied. In seeking express consent, we will state the purpose for which consent is sought, and provide certain information that identifies both the person seeking consent, and if different, the person on whose behalf consent is sought. After providing consent, you remain entitled to withdraw your consent.

In the event that you send us a “request, inquiry, complaint” or another form of “Solicitation” we may send you commercial electronic messages in response to that Solicitation without specifically obtaining your consent.
